PT. Fleur Bleue Indonesia is a PMA Company in beauty retail business looking for a Training Manager. With around 60 shops in Indonesia, Fleur Bleue is a growing company and a major actor in beauty retail which needs to get efficient Beauty Advisors.

Responsibilities of the Training Manager:

Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate all Learning and Development solutions to help Beauty Advisors (B.A.) achieving the challenged sales targetsGet efficient B.A., turned toward results with products convictionRecruit new B.A.

Requirements:

Excellent knowledge in Perfumes (technical & brands), Nails & Make UpGood knowledge in salesExperience in the related position in the cosmetic/perfume industry would be appreciatedExcellent communications skill (oral, written, presentation) and leadership skillsConfident, charismatic, positive, dynamic, result-driven, organized, motivated, innovative, creativeWriting d speaking English would be appreciatedAble to join  soon  possible
